Shipping & Returns
We want your Tayyib Essence order to arrive safely and quickly. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship, what we charge, and how returns work.
Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary during busy periods such as holidays or sale events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping on all orders over €65
- Standard rates apply for orders below €65
Customers in the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is minimal, refined, and designed to be suitable for gifting — exactly as it arrives.
Returns
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unused and unburned
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is included
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tayyibessence.com. Include a photo of the item and your order number and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible — at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions above.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
